Overview
MySafety is an HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) app built to make everyday field operations smoother and much more efficient, boosting productivity by over 30%. We designed this platform to bridge the gap between management and the people on the ground.
For managers, it’s a real-time window into the project site. They no longer have to wait for end-of-day updates, they get live analytics that help them make quick, accurate decisions. For the workers, the app is their daily guide. They can see exactly what tasks they need to tackle, track their hours, and manage their profiles, all in one easy-to-use place.

Objective
Create a seamlessly integrated ecosystem connecting field workers with management.
Capture real-time operational data to ensure strict adherence to safety standards.
Accurately monitor working hours to prevent overwork and fatigue, safeguarding both the physical and mental well-being of the crew.
The Approach
I spearheaded the project by first mapping out exactly how the team worked day-to-day. Using basic method card sorting, we figured out which tasks were top priority and needed to be as simple as possible. Before MySafety, tracking site progress was a messy mix of manual paperwork and disconnected apps. Getting a real-time picture of the site was practically impossible.
To fix this, we built a solution that works for everyone:
For Leadership: A dashboard accessible on web and mobile where directors and managers can see exactly what's happening on-site right now.
For the Field: A straightforward mobile app that lets supervisors and workers log their progress on the go.
Now, at the end of every day, all the data is cleanly gathered automatically, making it incredibly easy to review the progress and plan for tomorrow.

MySafety goes beyond simplifying tasks, it represents a complete breakthrough in their day-to-day operational management.
Automated Reporting: By automating tracking, the system reclaims 2 to 4 hours of daily manual reporting and eliminates tedious end-of-month administrative recaps.
